Dr. Lauren Gresham is a naturopathic physician that specializes in sexual medicine, weight-neutral approaches to health, natural cardiology, IV nutrient therapy as well as transgender care and other diverse patients. Dr. Lauren Gresham graduated with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and her Master of Public Health from Bastyr University. Dr. Gresham studied public health because she cares about solving health issues within communities, in addition to working with individuals. For Dr. Gresham, watching each individual and each community take powerful steps towards more vibrant lives is one of the deepest privileges of her life.
When Dr. Gresham isn’t seeing patients, she can often be found in classrooms, conferences or corporate meeting rooms. Dr. Gresham is a certified Community Health Educator Specialist, which is the national credential for health educators. Her most popular presentations focus on health equities of the LGBTQ+ community, de-stigmatizing sex education, and the anti-aging benefits of play and joy.
In addition to being a physician and a health educator, Dr. Gresham is an enthusiastic participant in the Landmark worldwide transformation courses, an eight-time participant of Burning Man, an ecstatic dancer and a devoted spouse. When Dr. Gresham is not with patients, she is often found playing in the woods.
